and explanations for opinions and plans. |

of interest. He/she can speak with a degree of fluency and spontaneity
that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible,
can explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and
disadvantages of various options. |

produce clear, well-structured, detailed texts of different kinds
in an assured, personal and appropriate style. |

can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely.
